Someone needs to close down one section of that restaurant if there isn't enough staff to provide quality service to that whole restaurant. I understand you are understaffed but someone should have just told us that our table wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. But this morning you have let me and my family down.
I am greatly saddened and my heart is broken.
